The challenge
The inspections took place in a busy construction environment with limited space. Because works were ongoing in and around the station, a precise and structured approach was required to ensure that all inspection points were reliably documented.
All heavy equipment had to be transported by water, as heavy vehicles were not permitted in the station area. The combination of complex logistics and restricted physical space made the project particularly challenging.
Solution and preparations
Our diving team carried out all inspections and additional works step by step, recording the findings immediately for the client. Where necessary, we carried out minor additional tasks on site to prevent delays.
We also installed a dual floating pipeline system, enabling two concrete pumps and an underground pipeline to operate continuously for 72 hours. The project was completed on schedule.
