The challenge
As this was a major offshore project, all processes and documents had to comply with strict international requirements. The logistical preparations also required precision, as everything had to meet DNV-GL’s high quality standards.
The timeline was tight, making coordination and a clear structure crucial to ensuring the offshore work could begin safely.
Solution and preparations
We reinforced our team with experienced offshore specialists, enabling us to set up a complete offshore project folder structure in a short time in accordance with IMCA guidelines. As we had previously supplied equipment and diving personnel for this project, we were now also given the opportunity to prepare and carry out the full scope of the AWTI.
This combination of expertise and thorough preparation made it possible to complete all the work in a very short timeframe.
