The challenge
The projects fell under a wide range of legislation and regulations, including the quality standards of IMCA and DNV-GL, which meant that correctly interpreting the requirements was crucial. This called for close contact with various inspection bodies and careful coordination between all parties involved.
Given the large volume of equipment spread across so many locations, it was also a challenge to mobilise everything on time and in good condition.
Solution and preparations
We continuously monitored the availability of all equipment and liaised closely with inspection bodies to ensure compliance with all regulations. Our asset management system, NAMS, played a key role in this, as it provides a clear overview of all equipment and automatically monitors due dates for inspections.
Cooperation between our core team and a flexible pool of freelancers enabled us to support multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
