The challenge
As we had not worked together before, it was important to clearly justify our approach and propose a viable method. The client had drawn up their own plan, but during the preparatory phase it became apparent that this would be difficult to implement in practice.
This meant there was a need to create an alternative that was technically feasible. It was up to us to demonstrate, within a short timeframe, that we could offer the right expertise and working method.
Solution and preparations
We presented a clear alternative plan and took the time to explain our approach step by step. Our four‑person team carried out the installation of the sensors and gondola with precision, fully in line with this proposal.
The successful execution of the project established a solid foundation of trust, after which our method was adopted as the benchmark for similar projects. Since then, we have been regularly commissioned for additional assignments and urgent call-outs for both parties.
